Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a hydraulic system for preventing unlockability by simplifying its structure.
SOLUTION: This slide lock device 6 of a press machine is equipped with a main body frame 20, a screw shaft 10, a nut member 30 spirally engaged with the shaft, a cylindrical member 60 supporting the nut member 30, a rotary driving mechanism 50 including a driving motor 51 which rotates the nut mechanism 30, an annular-shaped hydraulic cylinder 70, an oil tank 73, and a throttle oil path 74 connecting an oil chamber 71 of the hydraulic cylinder 70 to the oil tank 73, and the like. When the lock of the slide lock device 6 is actuated, the cylindrical member 60 and the nut member 30 are supported via the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 70, and then the supporting force due to the hydraulic cylinder 70 is released via the leak of the hydraulic pressure from the throttle oil path 74.
