To reduce the coefficient of friction of a slide surface with a simple constitution.
In order to isolate the vibration of a footing 2 of a building and a concrete foundation 3 in a relatively displaceable manner to each other, laminate rubber support body 4 is fixed to the footing 2, a slide part 5 on which the laminate rubber support body 4 is placed is fixed to the concrete foundation, respectively, a sliding material 7 is provided on a slide surface 4a of the laminate rubber support body 4, and the slide surface 4a of the laminate rubber support body 4 is pressed against a slide surface 5a of the slide part 5 through water 10. Since water 10 of extremely small amount enters between the sliding material 7 and slide plate 4, the coefficient of friction of the slide surface can be reduced. A liquid filling wall 11 to movably support the laminate rubber support body 4 placed on the slide part 5 is fixed to the slide part 5 in a watertight manner. In addition, an expansion cover 12 is placed between the liquid filling wall 11 and the laminate rubber support body 4.
