To provide a slide valve plate which is easy to remove a sleeve having a damaged jaw part, small in damages to a plate surface of a plate body after the sleeve is removed or damages of an edge part of a through hole, and easy in grinding the plate surface in recycling the plate body.

A slide plate comprises a plate body 11 and a sleeve 13 having a jaw part fitted to a through hole 12 formed in the plate body 11, the plate body 11 is connected to and integrated with the sleeve 13 by a mortar, and a releasing member 15 is interposed between a part corresponding to the jaw part of the sleeve 13 and/or a part close to an edge part of the through hole 12 and the jaw part of the sleeve 13 and/or a part close to the jaw part around the through hole 12 in the surface of the plate body 11.
