To ensure easy grasp of a vessel, establish an easy-to-destry structure, and permit anyone to simply sling the fire extinguishing tool certainly to the root of firing by forming the vessel with a small wall thickness capable of slinging by hand in which a fire extinguishing agent is encapsulated, and equipping the vessel in its part with a cylindrical grasping part which is in communication with the inside of the vessel.
