PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bolt and a nut from simply slipping out by fitting a space holding cylinder between a member to be fixed and a bolt head or a nut to the thread part of the bolt from the outside, and forming an inlet hole loosely penetrating the receiving space of the bolt head or the nut and the space holding cylinder therethrough on an outer covering cylinder.
SOLUTION: A space holding cylinder 2 loosely penetrates in an inlet hole 6, and forms the insert hole for a thread part Bb in the lengthwise direction of the center part. After inserting the thread part Bb of a bolt B penetrating through a member to be fixed A in the insert hole of the space holding cylinder 2 and fitting, a nut N is threadedly fitted and tightened to the projecting end part of the thread part Bb from the space holding cylinder 2. Next, a cylinder main body of which the opening edge part of the inlet hole 6 is conformed to the nut N is hitted with a hammer or the like to pass the nut N through the inlet hole 6 and be received in a receiving space 5, and after setting a cover body 9 on the opening part of the cylinder main body, it is hitted with a hammer or the like to fit the cover body 9 therein.
