Title:
SLIPPERS WITH THONGS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11113601
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To keep the appearance of conventional slippers, fit one feet and walk safely and comfortably by providing thongs on the bottom of each slipper like Japanese sandals so that each thong is automatically caught between a big toe and the next toe when putting a feet into it.

A thong 2 is provided in the middle bottom of an ordinary slipper 1 like Japanese sandals. In this way, it looks like an ordinary slipper in the appearance, but the feeling and effect of Japanese sandals can be obtained when putting a foot into it. As the slipper with a thong is the same with an ordinary slipper in the appearance, it does not give an unfitting feeling and applicable anywhere same as before. Since the toes of feet are caught by the thongs when one has them on, the feet are fixed closer to the slipper 1 and it is not easily slipped off. Besides, an appropriate stimulus pressure of the thong 2 caught by toes generates a pointilage effect on the feet, and further, as toes are appropriately opened by the thong 2, the blood circulation of the toes is accelerated.
