Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge purifying and drying device capable of excellent treating a sludge and to provide a sludge purifying and drying device capable of excellently recovering a used magnetic powder.
SOLUTION: In the sludge purifying and drying device in which a fluid containing magnetic particles to be removed or a magnetic material in which the material to be removed is given magnetic property by adding the magnetic particles, a flocculating agent or an additive generating the magnetic particles by reacting with a material to be removed to the fluid and a fluid to be treated is separated and treated with a purifying device having a function separating magnetically in a magnetic space generated by a magnetic field generating means 16, the separated matter is treated with a high-temp. and high-pressure water generating means, and the magnetic particles are separated and removed by a magnetic separating means 46, and the pressure of a high-temp. and high- pressure sludge after removing the magnetic particles is reduced and the sludge is dried by its own heat capacity and a heating means.
