To provide a small-scale underwater travelling driving system optimized mainly aiming at a remarkable reduction of dependence on a storage battery by including a fuel cell.
A small-scale underwater trvelling includes the fuel cell 100 using oxygen from a hydrogen peroxide water solution, and a fuel cell type hydrogen peroxide producing apparatus 200, a water electrolytic apparatus 300 and a fuel cell 400 are provided near the small-scale underwater travelling, on the ground, or on the water, wherein the fuel cell type hydrogen peroxide producing apparatus 200 is exclusively used for the fuel cell 100 built in the travelling, to produce hydrogen peroxide from hydrogen or hydrogen-containing gas and oxygen or oxygen-containing gas, the water electrolytic apparatus 300 decomposes water into hydrogen and oxygen, and the fuel cell 400 has a carbon compound as a hydrogen donor and air as an oxygen donor to generate electric power required for the water electrolytic apparatus 300.
