Abstract:

To timely and accurately implement an infrared absorption spectral analysis and a Raman spectral analyzer for accurately analyzing various samples in a cell, using a compact reaction analysis apparatus during a reaction (in-situ).

The compact reaction analyzer is integrally provided with a reaction vessel 1, having a volume of 0.01-10 ml and a prism probe (an IR probe 2) of an attenuated total reflection infrared spectrum analysis meter. The total reflection face of the infrared ray passing through the probe forms a face identical to the bottom face of the reaction vessel 1. A photometric window 9 is provided on a side face of the reaction vessel 1. In the small-sized reaction analystical apparatus, the photometric window 9 is connected to a cylindrical measuring optical transmission path 8 of the Raman spectrometer, made of stainless steel material. Since the infiltration directions of a laser light and the infrared ray which infiltrates the vessel 1 intersect and the infiltration depth of the infrared ray is very shallow, the laser light and the infrared ray will not mutually influence and the measured results of an infrared absorption spectrum and a Raman spectrum are obtained accurately.
