Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the play in the axial direction, and to facilitate assembly while reducing the damage at a bearing, by regulating a clearance in the axial direction wherein a circular ring is fitted to a shaft projected outside the motor and the circular ring is fixed to the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical thrust ring 12 is mounted to an output shaft portion projected outside an end bracket 2 of a shaft 7 of this motor, a set-screw 14 is pushed against a screwing shaft 7 and fastened, a thrust bearing 15 is installed outside the bracket 2, the thrust ring 12 is slid to the bearing 15 through a thrust washer 16 between the bearing 15 and the ring 12, and distance between inside end surfaces that a washer 9 arranged between a collar 8, which is pressed into the shaft 7 at the inside of the motor and is fast sticked, and a bearing 4 and the thrust washer 16 face is brought near to distance between an end surface at the inside of the motor of the bearing 4 and a slide way of the bearing 15, thus reducing the play in the axial direction of a rotor 6.
