Title:
SMOKELESS COOKER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11169300
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a smokeless cooker that can recover and cool generated oil smoke and odor and exhaust it as exhaust air of ordinary temperature without containing oil content so as to dispense with the installation of a duct for exhausting oil smoke and odor generated by heating cooking for food and eliminate a failure caused by an oil stain.

Smoke intake ports 18 are formed at an upper part of a box body 10 and at the upper part outer periphery of a cooking heater 20 provided at an upper part in the box body 10. The upper part and lower part in the box body are divided by a screen 12. A deoiling chamber 13 communicated with the smoke intake ports 18 is formed in upper space, and an injection nozzle 32 is provided in the deoiling chamber 13. A smoke exhaust fan 40 is provided at an upper part of a storage chamber 14 formed in lower space in the box body 10. Oil smoke and odor generated by forced air pressure caused by the smoke exhaust fan 40 are recovered, and the recovered oil smoke is cooled and liquefied so as to be accumulated in the storage chamber 14 through the screen 12, but oil gas does not pass through the water screen 10, so that flue gas has ordinary temperature without containing oilness.
