To provide a snow-melting system which is capable of performing snow-melting flexibly correspondingly to the amount of snowfall and effective for cost reduction by improving energy saving.

The snow-melting system comprises: a defrosting fluid distribution pipe installed in a roof top part of a structure; a defrosting fluid circulation unit for circulating a defrosting fluid to the defrosting fluid distribution pipe; a heat radiation plate installed on the surface of the roof and melts snow; a fluid supply pipe which is connected between the defrosting fluid circulation unit and the defrosting fluid distribution pipe and supplies the defrosting fluid to the defrosting fluid distribution pipe; and a fluid collection pipe which collects the defrosting fluid. The defrosting fluid circulation unit includes a defrosting fluid pump which supplies the defrosting fluid, and a ground heat absorption exchanger which is connected to the defrosting fluid pump and installed underground for heating the defrosting fluid with ground water, and the defrosting fluid heated by the ground heat absorption exchanger is supplied to the heat radiation plate for melting snow.
