This socket body 1 integrally comprises: a washer holding part 4 holding a washer installed at an upper end opening; a nut holding part 5 communicated with the washer holding part 4 and non-rotatably holding a nut installed below it; a bolt insertion part 6, which is communicated with the nut holding part 5 and into which a bolt part installed below it is inserted; and a connection part 7 detachably connected with a remote operation bar installed at a bottom end. The washer holding part 4 is equipped with a magnet 8, and a ball plunger 9 is provided on an inner face of the nut holding part 5.
