Abstract:
To provide a turning device for forming a fine groove with sharp corner parts on a surface of a work in a shortest working time of period by a single movement of a turning tool.
According to a drive instruction from a controller 14 for calculating and instructing rotation position signals, working start signals, and position data of the fine groove from a control device 12 of an NC lathe 6, a turning tool 1 is directly connected with a tip end of a piezoelectric element, so as to support a drive tip portion. A fine groove with sharp corner parts is worked in a shortest time of period by the single movement of the turning tool with a drive device 15 filled with a vibration absorbing agent at a drive portion.
