To provide a novel-structure soft contact lens wearing device capable of putting on a soft contact lens into an eye with the surface kept clean, easily holding the soft contact lens without excessively deforming it, and putting on the soft contact lens without making a user feel pain or foreign-body sensation.

A soft contact lens wearing device 10 includes a pair of holding parts 18a and 18b that are made to approach to or separate from each other by operation of fingers, deform a soft contact lens 36 by the mutual approach and pinch it therebetween. The tip end portions of the pair of holding parts 18a and 18b are provided with lens placing surfaces 34 that release the deformation of the soft contact lens 36 pinched between the pair of holding parts 18a and 18b by the mutual separation of the pair of holding parts 18a and 18b and support by superposing at the convex surface side.
