Abstract:
To provide a soft magnetic alloy that contains Co, and has higher saturation magnetic flux density Bs and does not significantly increase coercive force Hc as compared with the case that does not contain Co.SOLUTION: There is provided a soft magnetic alloy that is made up of a compositional formula (Fe(1-(α+β+γ))CoαNiβXγ)(1-(a+b+c))MaCbX3c (atomic ratio). X is one or more selected from a group consisting of Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Cu, Cr, Bi, Ca, Mg, Ti, Na, N, V, Mo, O, S and rare earth elements, M is one or more selected from a group consisting of Ta, Zr, Hf, Nb and W, and X3 is one or more selected from a group formed of P, B, Si and Ge, in which, a-c and α-γ are in a prescribed range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
