To provide a soil foundation specification determination method, a soil foundation specification determination system and a soil foundation specification determination program in which originally unnecessary soil improvement constructions are reduced and useless cost or environmental load can be reduced by analyzing a strength of soil from a standpoint of a neutral third person and determining a foundation specification which is appropriate as a foundation of an architectural structure to be constructed on the soil.
A strength of soil subjected to analysis is analyzed based on long-term allowable bearing power that is an allowable stress degree with respect to long-term generated power of soil, a consolidation settlement amount caused by a load of an architectural structure constructed on the soil, and a tilt angle based on a difference of the consolidation settlement amounts at a plurality of measuring points. Location analysis is performed based on a location condition such as a situation around the soil or an establishment situation, and a foundation specification of the soil appropriate for the architectural structure is determined.
