To provide a cheap solar cell assembly, which can stably generate a high output electricity for a long time by effectively utilizing perpendicularly or obliquely incoming light independent of installation places indoors or outdoors and orientations, and improves a photoelectric conversion efficiency by making it possible to carry out a photoelectric conversion by changing a wavelength of light to which any photoelectric conversion cannot be carried out, and doesn't yellow and doesn't deteriorate even if the solar cell assembly is exposed to strong light and strong heat for a long period of time, and excels in a light stability and a thermal resistance, and has a long lifetime, a high reliability and a simple structure, and can be simply manufactured, and has a good productivity, and is useful for an environmental conservation.
In a solar cell assembly 1, a photoelectric conversion element 3 is arranged at a bottom or an upper portion of a reflective concave surface 2 on which incident light 10 is reflected and focused to the photoelectric conversion element 3 constituted by laminating semiconductor layers 3a, 3b. In the middle of the place where the incident light 10 reaches the photoelectric conversion element 3, there is arranged a fluorescence material 11 and/or a phosphorus material which carries out a wavelength conversion of a part of the incident light 10.
