Abstract:

To reduce a cost of an FPC 3 and suppress a reduction in current collection efficiency.

A solar cell module 2 includes a plurality of p electrodes 24 and a plurality of n electrodes 23, on the rear face 20b of a semiconductor substrate 20. The p electrodes 24 and the n electrodes 23 extend in the A direction along the rear face 20b and are alternately arranged in the B direction perpendicular to the A direction. An FPC 3 mounting the solar cell module 2 is shorter than the solar cell module 2 in the A direction, and includes a plurality of electrodes 3a and 3b extending in the A direction to be connected to the p electrodes 24 and the n electrodes 23, respectively, and electrode connection parts 3t1 and 3t2 extending in the B direction to be connected to the electrodes 3a and 3b, respectively. The electrodes 3a and 3b are alternately arranged in the B direction between the electrode connection parts 3t1 and 3t2. The solar cell module 2 is mounted on the FPC 3 so that the electrodes 3a and 3b intersect with both of the electrode connection parts 3t1 and 3t2, respectively.
