To solve the problems in solar panels when installed and fixed as a system that: some solar panels produce a special strong frame and fix it so as to be fitted with the size of the solar panel and so as not to be damaged under the weather conditions of wind and snow, which requires costs regarding design and production and transportation cost from a site of production to an installation site of the system; and that as the installation site of the system, a strong foundation sill by concrete and others is sometimes adopted from the necessity of resistance to rainstorm and others as a whole system so that installation, removal and transfer of the whole system cannot be performed easily and at a low cost.

A triangular pyramid using commercial steel single pipes to be procured near the installation site of a solar panel as oblique sides are assembled by metal fittings for connecting the apexes, and the solar panel is fixed to the oblique sides with fixtures, so as to obtain a frame which can be installed, transferred and removed easily and at a low cost.
