Abstract:
To provide a sole mat capable of mounting thongs on positions corresponding to troubles of the feet of people as many as possible, differences of a length/width size of the feet and a length/thickness of the toes due to individual difference, and changes due to growth, and to provide an insole and a shoe.SOLUTION: A sole mat 10 is placed on the sole of the foot in walking. The sole mat 10 has a plurality of thong mounting holes M for mounting thongs on a tip area 21 as an area in a range extending from a place in which each toe web of at least five intertoes of the foot is positioned to the toe side tip in the sole mat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
