Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain sufficient swirl turning force by introducing fuel from a fuel inflow port to pass through a tubular core and a flow path inside a movable member and to be released into a nozzle in a tubular core side from a swirl upper surface and in the outside from the peripheral surface of a valve unit part.

CONSTITUTION: Fuel from a fuel inflow port passes through a tubular core 2, guide ring 17 and each internal flow path of a movable member 3, being released to a peripheral part of an upper surface 15s of a swirl 15 in a nozzle 4 via a hole 16a of an elastic unit 16 from a hole 3d. When a solenoid coil is placed in an electrified condition, the movable member 3 moves being attracted in a direction of the tubular core 2 and stops when a stopper piece 3b is adapted to a stopper unit 14, and a valve unit part 3c opens an injection port 21. In this way, fuel, allowed to flow in from the hole 16a, passes through a swirl groove 20, and the fuel, being accompanied with sufficient swirl turning force, is injected from the injection port 21 decreasing atomized grain size. Thus a fuel injection amount enables spread of its dynamic range to be contrived.
