This solenoid proportional control valve unit with a selector valve supplies the pilot pressure for switching a pilot type direction control valve, and supplies/discharges the pressure oil of a hydraulic pump to/from an actuator for operating a working machinery. The unit has a first pilot pressure generating means, a second pilot pressure generating means, a controller for outputting a command to the second pilot pressure generating means to output the second pilot pressure, a selector valve for receiving the first pilot pressure and the second pilot pressure and to be switched to output any one of the first pilot pressure and the second pilot pressure to the pilot type direction control valve, and a switching means for switching the selector valve. The second pilot pressure generating means, the selector valve and the switching means are integrally formed with each other.
