In this solenoid pump A, a main equipment body 1 having an intake port with an opening on the outside and for taking the fluid and a discharge port 47a for discharging the fluid, a compression chamber 42 provided with a diaphragm 90 at one side thereof, and a solenoid driving means B for operating the diaphragm 90 with amplitude, and the diaphragm 90 is operated with amplitude by the solenoid driving means B so as to intake the fluid from the intake port and so as to discharge it from the discharge port 47a. In this case, a cover 100 forming a discharge chamber 107 between the outside wall surface of the main equipment body 1 is provided so as to eliminate the pulsation noise of the fluid with the exhaust chamber 110 and so as to cut off the solenoid driving noise with the cover 100 so as to reduce the noise.
