Abstract:
To provide an electric valve and a stator which can certainly deter unnecessary discharging between a yoke and a can without requiring remodeling of a mold and the like for molding an existing stator or mold, can reduce negative influences on a peripheral circuit even if noise of high voltage is applied on a stator coil, and can suppress manufacturing costs and product costs at a low level.SOLUTION: An electric valve is externally fitted with a stator 50 molded on a can 20, and a rotation-preventive member is attached/fixed to the stator 50 so as to prevent relative rotations of the stator 50 and a valve body 10. The stator 50 has a yoke 54 which has a predetermined number of claw-shaped magnetic pole teeth 54C cut up at predetermined angles on an annular plane portion 54A and an inner peripheral side of the annular plane portion 54A. Between a lower surface exposing portion S where a mold resin 60 at the yoke 54 is not coated and the rotation preventive member 30, a conductive spring 40 curved in a notch annular shape as an elastic wire having conductivity and capable of elastically deforming in a vertical direction is interposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
