Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction of an attracting force by providing a magnetic flux shut-off member for preventing the leakage of a magnetic flux.
SOLUTION: A mover 40 is supported by the cylindrical part 21 of a cylinder 20 so as to be moved back and forth. A cylindrical recessed part 40a is formed in the side of an axial direction opposite the stator part 32 of the mover 40. A cup member 43 made of a non-magnetic body is composed of a cup part 44 and a flange part 45 so as to be integrally formed. The cup part 44 is housed in the recessed part and the flange part 45 is locked in the stator side end surface of the mover 40. A spring 46 is covered by the cup member 43, one end part thereof is locked in the stator part 32 and the other end part is locked in the bottom part of the cup member 43. Since the leakage of a magnetic flux is prevented between the mover 40 and the spring 46 by the covering of the spring 46 with the cup member 43 housed in the mover 40, the reduction of an attracting force is prevented.
