Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce collision noise of a plunger by providing with an abutting part which abuts on a supporting member moved in association with operation of the plunger on a valve chamber, in a device formed in a such a constitution that the plunger is energized in one direction and operated in the other direction by magnetic force of a center post so as to control a fluid.
SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 1 is provided with a center post 2, a coil 3 enclosing the center post 2, and a valve seat 4 arranged opposed to the center post 2, and a plunger 6 is fitted to a valve chamber 5 between the center post 2 and the valve seat 4. The plunger 6 is held so as to be brought into pressure contact with the valve seat 4 by a spring interposed between the center post 2 and the plunger 6. In this case, the plunger 6 is supported to the inside of the valve chamber 5 by a diaphragm shaped holding packing 8 as a supporting member, which is being capable of reciprocating motion. And an abutting part 3d is arranged in the valve chamber 5, which abuts on the holding packing 8 during operation of the plunger 6 and for restricting movement of its diameter direction part 8d.
