Abstract:
To provide a composite solid acid catalyst which is prepared by compounding a strong acid cation exchange resin with an aromatic sulfonic acid-based substance.
The composite solid acid catalyst is applied to a strong acid catalytic reaction. A method for synthesizing a rubber antioxidant RD industrially by using the composite solid acid catalyst is also provided. When the rubber antioxidant is synthesized by using the composite solid acid catalyst, such merits can be obtained that a process is simple, the product yield is high and waste materials are not produced.
