This solid culture apparatus comprises a culture chamber and an air-conditioner, wherein a welding structure connects culture bed side wall plates with the reinforcements thereof and the insides of the side wall plates are smoothly finished, a cleaning pipe set above a culture bed of the culture chamber is equipped with a lifting and lowering means and an exhaust vent of an exhaust duct of the air-conditioner is furnished with a flap type dumper. A connecting means is set between an intermediate damper and a suction damper of an air-conditioning duct of the air-conditioner, which connecting means operates the dampers in the opposite way of opening and closing. Thereby, operation is made safe.
