In the device, a cylindrical container 12 having a plurality of discharge holes 17 at different side heights, and the cylindrical container 12 can be moved up and down to partition inside of the cylindrical container 12, and a partition plate 15 that allows passage of raw water and the partition plate 15 has an edge 18 extending downward from the outer peripheral portion of the partition plate 15, and the edge 18 can block a discharge hole 17 located below the partition plate 15 when the partition plate 15 is pushed up, and even when a water-soluble solid drug 16 is separated upward from the partition plate 15, the raw water pushes up the partition plate 15 so that the raw water can be in contact with the water-soluble solid drug 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
