Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid fuel which can be easily fixed and ignited at a specified place and can supply a constant thermal power for a time longer than a conventional one.
SOLUTION: The cylindrical solid fuel 10, comprising woodmeal and paraffin, is used in such a state that the bottom plane 10L is placed on the ground surface. The ignition is conducted in a hole 12. Since the hole 12 has been dug, the burning of the solid fuel 10 is stable and slowly proceeds from the upper plane 10U to the bottom plane 10L. Therefore, the burning of the solid fuel 10 supplies a constant thermal power for a long time.
