Relating to this solid-gas reactor provided with a hopper 4 for storing the solid packing material reacting with a treating gas and a reactor 1, in which a solid packing material is packed, for introducing the treating gas and discharging the treated gas after the reaction, a screw 2 for transporting the solid packing material upward and continuously discharging the solid packing material from the reactor 1 is arranged and the hopper 4 and the reactor 1 are communicated with each other so that the solid packing material is supplied from the hopper 4 to the lower part of the reactor by naturally flowing down in accordance with the discharge of the solid packing material from the reactor 1.
