Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid lubricant and a device for applying solid lubricant allowing effective application of the solid lubricant to a rotation shaft and a sliding shaft.
SOLUTION: This device is formed by plural single solid lubricants 28, 44 respectively arranged side by side in a direction round the rotation shaft 3 or the sliding shaft 32 and has sliding faces 28a, 44a that slide on the peripheral face of the rotation shaft 3 or the sliding shaft 32 on inside faces of respective single solid lubricants 28, 44, and on the outside faces, fitting parts 28b, 44b to which ring-shaped elastic materials 21, 22, 43 for energizing the respective single solid lubricants 28, 44 in the axial direction of the rotation shaft 3 or the sliding shaft 32 are fixed are formed.
