Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solid preparations containing a kneaded and a granulated material which contain a 4-amino-3-butanoic acid (GABA) analog, as well as them both, in which drug stability is maintained, and tableting disorder is suppressed.SOLUTION: A solid preparation is obtained by compounding sugar alcohol or sucrose fatty acid ester into a 4-amino-3-butanoic acid (γ-aminobutyric acid) analog represented by formula (I) to obtain a kneaded material and granulated material having improved stability, and tableting it. The drug stability is maintained, the solid preparation in which tableting disorder is suppressed is obtained, and further calcium stearate is comprised as a lubricant. The compound represented by formula (I) is gabapentin or pregabalin. (Ris an alkyl; Ris an H or a methyl; Rand Rare bounded to form a ring; Ris an H, methyl, or carboxyl.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
