Abstract:
To provide a soluble type lubricating surface treatment stainless steel plate excellent in moldability for a fuel tank in which both surfaces or one surface are coated with a soluble type lubricating coat, and a method for producing the fuel tank.
The stainless steel plate has the soluble type lubricating resin coat on both surfaces or one surface. Preferably, the resin coat contains an alkali-soluble polyurethane aqueous composition (A) which contains a carboxyl group or a sulfonate group in a molecule and the glass transition temperature of the dry coat of which is at least 100°C and 1-30 mass % based on the polyurethane composition of a lubricant (B) as main components.
