Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wavelength conversion nanoparticles in which light emission intensity can be increased, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: At first, ion sources 20, 21 including Zn and Se to form into the raw materials for a core part 11 are mixed in an aqueous solution including N-acetyl-L-cysteine, and its pH is regulated to obtain the first mixed liquid 22. Next, the first mixed liquid 22 is heated to form the core part 11 in the first mixed liquid 22. Successively, the first mixed liquid 22 is mixed with an ion source 23 to form into the raw material for the shell part 12 and an ions source 24 including Mn ions as a light generating source to obtain the second mixed liquid 25. Then the second mixed liquid 25 is heated to form a part of the shell part 12. Further, the second mixed liquid 25 is mixed with the ion source 23 to form into the raw material for the shell part 12 to obtain the third mixed liquid 26. After that, the third mixed liquid 26 is heated to form a part of the shell part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
