The somesthetic vibration generating device 1 for generating a somesthetic vibration signal based on the speech signal of the music piece to be original sound is provided with: a speech signal analysis part 12 for analyzing the speech signal and detecting beat and the length of the beat of the original sound at least; and a somesthetic vibration signal generation part 13 (13A) for generating the somesthetic vibration signal by dividing the beat when the detected length of the beat of the original sound is longer than a maximum value Cmax of the preset length of the somesthetic vibration signal and deleting the beat when the length is shorter than a minimum value Cmin, based on the detected length of each beat of the original sound and the maximum value Cmax and the minimum value Cmin of the preset length of the somesthetic vibration signal.
