PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sound insulating effect for noise radiated from an elevated bridge construction and the sound absorbing effect of reflection noise and, at the same time, provide a damping effect reducing the generation of secondary noise by controlling the vibration of a sound absorbing plate.
SOLUTION: A sound absorbing vibration controlling shape material is constituted of sound insulating plate 11 forming the surface section, porous plate 15 forming the rear section, sound absorbing room formed between them, joint sections 17a and 17b formed on both side sections of the sound absorbing room and connected who each other without making any gap, hollow frame body formed of a flat aluminum extrusion material as a whole of a hanging joint section 14 formed in the central part of the sound insulating plate, damping material 12 stuck on a sound absorbing room side of the sound insulating plate of the hollow frame body and sound-absorbing material 13 provided to the sound absorbing room. The head of a hanging bolt 6 is inserted in the joint section 14, and the sound absorptive damping shape-material is hung over the whole surface under a girder of a steel girder elevated bridge to install.
