Abstract:
PURPOSE: To tie a tubular noise insulating material to be attached to the circumference of a compressor easily after binding it tight as well as to prevent any possible clearance from being producible on top of a slit.
CONSTITUTION: Three wind stoppers 13, 18 and 19 are triangularly installed in three spots, namely, at both sides of two slits of a noise insulating material 8 and a tongue part between both these slips 10 and 11, and a tightening tape 17 is stretched across these wind stoppes 13, 18 and 19, whereby the noise insulating material is bound tight.
