Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sound image localization controller which can perform localization control over a specific sound image while maintaining localization relation among sound image.
CONSTITUTION: A CPU 1 constitutes a center track specifying means, a localization varying means, and a localization control means. The center track specifying means specifies a 1st reproduction track selected by an operation element 5 among plural reproduction tracks, as the center of localization, and the localization varying means sets the sound image of the 1st reproduction track in the center of localization and also adds a localization variation quantity (y) when the 1st reproduction track is varied to the center of localization to respective pieces of localization information PAN of a group of other tracks. The localization control means while holding the sound image of the 1st reproduction track in the center of localization performs the localization control over the respective sound images of other reproduction tracks according to musical performance information and also displays the localization states by the reproduction tracks through a display circuit 6.
