To provide a device for creating a source of a Web application.SOLUTION: The source creation device for creating a source including a source program includes: a function configuration information unit storing screen item information; an event information unit storing processing information on an event generated by a screen operation; a template source information unit storing a source to be a template; and a source creation processing unit that creates a basic source by applying the screen item information stored in the function configuration information unit to the source stored in the template source information unit, and creates a source by applying the processing information of the event stored in the event information unit to the created basic source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
