Abstract:
To provide a soybean curd refuse-containing beverage comprising a soybean beverage containing soybean curd refuse and having "complicated taste".
The soybean curd refuse-containing beverage comprising a soybean beverage containing soybean curd refuse is obtained by using "whole-grain soybean fermented milk" produced by fermenting whole-grain soybean powder with lactobacillus, adding stabilizer and sugar to the fermented milk to be regulated to have pH 3.5-5.0 and have a range of viscosity of 20-200 mPa s referring to pH and the viscosity as an index.
