To reproduce natural sound with presence by using a material of short pipe chips or particles easily reflecting a sound so as to cover singly or multiply a speaker unit or a buffle face with the speaker unit mounted thereon.

A cover 6 using a material of short pipe chips or particles easily reflecting a sound is fitted to an entire face of a speaker unit 5 and a saran net 7 made of the same material as that of the cover 6 easily reflecting sound is fitted to the entire face of the cover 6 with a space so as to cover the entire buffle face. Furthermore, a cover 8 using the same material as that of the cover 6 easily reflecting sound is placed to the front face of the net 7 as a screen. Then a direct sound from the speaker unit 5 is reflected irregularly to the speaker front face and diffused, then components of indirect sound are generated and the indirect sound is added to a sound emitted through the material close to the direct sound so reproduce a natural sound with presence.
