PURPOSE: To provide a method by which a patient can be diagnosed in an earlier stage by using his fresh blood, blood serum, or blood plasma and can be cured in an early stage even when an immunological colloidal particle labeling or a reactive reagent for micro-particle labeling chromatography are used and, at the same time, to quickly and accurately perform inspections, especially, in the field of emergency medical treatment.

CONSTITUTION: A specific bond assaying reagent containing a colloidal particle or micro-particle labeling bonding material and buffer solution contains heparin in an amount which is sufficient to substantially prevent an undesirable nonspecific bonding reaction. In addition, an agglutination reaction assaying reagent containing immobilized carrier particles and a buffer solution contains heperin in an amount which is sufficient to substantially prevent an undesirable nonspecific bonding reaction. In addition, when measurement is performed by using these reagents, the measurement is performed under the presence of heperin in a sufficient amount which is sufficient to substantially prevent an undesirable nonspecific bonding reaction.
