Abstract:
PURPOSE:To define a working hole of a metal mold plate simply by previously registering corresponding relation between various holes previously formed in respective plates and their working conditions and specifying each working hole by the set of its position and the hole name of each plate. CONSTITUTION:The metal plate is formed by four plates Pa-Pd, holes Ha-Hd for inserting parts are formed on the same position of respective plate planes and the working hole of the metal mold plate is constituted of these holes. Hole names alpha, beta, gamma, delta and the working conditions of the holes are registered in respective holes Ha-Hd previously formed in respective plates and the set of the working hole names and the hole names alpha, beta, gamma, delta of respective plates constituting the working holes is registered in each working hole H formed in the metal mold plate and the working hole worked on the metal mold plate is specified by inputting the working hole name and the working hole position.
