Abstract:
To provide a technique which suppresses the generation of shaving chips of a low melting point metal member (alloy).SOLUTION: A manufacturing device 1 of a spectacle lens includes: a holding tool holder 21 which holds a holding tool L with a lens material having an alloy 102 being a low melting point metal member, a lens material 100 having an optical surface fastened to the alloy 102 and a holding tool 104 fastened to the alloy 102 on the opposite side to the lens material 100 with the alloy 102 held therebetween; a holding tool holder driving part 22 which rotates the holding tool holder 21 with the thickness direction of the lens material 100 as a rotational axis; and an alloy melting part 41 which melts the alloy 102 while changing the position by following an outer edge of the alloy 102 when the holding tool L with the lens material contacts the alloy melting part 41 while being rotated by the holding tool holder driving part 22.
