Title:
NON-EARTH MOVING TYPE ROTARY FORCE-FIT PILE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07173832
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate the force-fit of a pile by fixing plate-like claws on the front end face so that they are paralleled with a segment of a line on the front end face passing through the rotational center and that they are positioned to the forward side in the rotational direction of the segment of the line.

CONSTITUTION: The end opening of a cylindrical pipe body 2 of a pile 1 is blocked with a circular substrate 3, and a spiral wing 5 is adhered to the front end of the pile 1. After that, claws 6 for expanding and softening earth by excavating ground are fixed on the front end face 4 of the pile 1, and the claws 6 are paralleled with a segment of a line on the front end face 4 passing through the rotational center O of the pile 1 and are positioned to the forward side in the rotational direction A of the pile 1 from the segment of the line. After that, in the case the pile 1 is rotated, reaction force F of the claws 6 received from earth acts on the forward side in the rotational direction of the claws 6 in the direction of the arrow A, and earth expanded and softened by the claws 6 is guided in the direction of the arrow C along the forward side in the rotational direction and is moved to the outside from the front end face 4. According to the constitution, the front end resistance of the pile 1 is reduced, and the force-fit of the pile 1 can be facilitated.
