Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle lens processing device which facilitates chamfering processing control on an edge end surface of a spectacle lens and processes the front and rear surface sides of the lens on different inclined planes using a grindstone having flat finishing planes with two different inclination angles for suppressing the occurrence of a problem on the appearance at the time of flat finishing.SOLUTION: A spectacle lens processing device comprises: a spectacle lens holding part which holds a spectacle lens ML so that rotation control can be performed thereto; a processing tool part which holds a rotation processing tool having a conical cross section so as to be capable of rotating around an inclined axis; a control drive part which can control the relative physical relationship between the lens holding part and the processing tool part in an axial parallel direction; and a control drive part which can control the relative physical relationship in an inter-axis distance direction. The spectacle lens processing device obtains the lens end surface position at the position deviated from the inter-axis distance movable plane of the lens axis and the processing tool axis through arithmetic processing to perform chamfering processing control on the lens edge surface, and processes the front surface side and the rear surface side of the spectacle lens ML using a grindstone 133 having flat finishing planes with two different inclination angles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
