Pad arm sections 9 comprising nose rests and pads within the spectacle main unit front frame 1 are made freely attachable and detachable and an inner goggle section B which is made freely attachable and detachable is applied within the spectacle main unit front frame 1 in the state of removing the pad arm sections 9. The inner goggle section B comprises the configuration obtained by attaching the goggle pads 5 and the nose rests 6 for the inner goggles to a goggle front frame 4, by which cling section mounting holes 11 to make the pad arm sections 9 freely attachable and detachable and goggle front frame mounting holes 10 are formed within the main unit front frame 1. The inner goggle section B is fitted and inserted into the mounting holes 10 and 11.
