A handsfree system 1 in which a vehicle mounted machine 2 which is mounted on a vehicle, and a portable telephone set 4 which is located in the vehicle, are connected by a communication device 31 of the vehicle mounted machine side and a communication device 32 of the telephone set side so that they can communicate, is provided with a volatile memory 25 which updates and memorizes speech voice data corresponding to the speech voice of a predetermined period, a nonvolatile memory 26 which memorizes the speech voice data for storing, and a recording start switch 271 which instructs recording start of the speech voice. If a speech of the portable telephone set 4 starts, a microcomputer 21 starts storage of speech voice data for the volatile memory 25, if the recording start switch 271 is operated, transfers speech voice data after a time which is before than the recording start switch 271 is operated out of speech voice data memorized in the volatile memory 25 to the nonvolatile memory 26, and makes it memorize.
